White Hall home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in White Hall rose by $107,600 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $482,500 - a 28.7% increase over the $374,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in White Hall in the third quarter of 2017.
