Glen Arm home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Glen Arm rose by $100,000 while total sales decreased by 70.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $530,000 - a 23.3% increase over the $430,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Glen Arm in the third quarter of 2017.
