Woodstock home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Woodstock rose by $32,500 while total sales decreased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $505,000 - a 6.9% increase over the $472,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Woodstock in the third quarter of 2017.
