Phoenix home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Phoenix rose by $112,500 while total sales increased by 24.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $582,500 - a 23.9% increase over the $470,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Phoenix in the third quarter of 2017.
