Baldwin home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Baldwin rose by $133,000 while total sales increased by 54.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $508,000 - a 35.5% increase over the $375,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Baldwin in the third quarter of 2017.
