Halethorpe home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Halethorpe rose by $4,400 while total sales decreased by 3.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 107 homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,400 - a 2.9% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 111 homes sold in Halethorpe in the second half of 2018.
