Fort Howard home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Fort Howard fell by $132,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 45.3% decrease over the $292,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Fort Howard in the second half of 2018.
