Overlea (Baltimore County) home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Overlea in Baltimore County fell by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 5.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 129 homes sold, with a median sale price of $178,000 - a 3.8% decrease over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 136 homes sold in Overlea in the second half of 2018.
