Windsor Mill home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Windsor Mill fell by $15,468 while total sales decreased by 9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 111 homes sold, with a median sale price of $184,432 - a 7.7% decrease over the $199,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 122 homes sold in Windsor Mill in the second half of 2018.
