Middle River home prices unchanged in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Middle River was unchanged while total sales decreased by 8.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 349 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000. There were 383 homes sold in Middle River in the second half of 2018, and the median sales price for the period was also $195,000.
