Randallstown home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Randallstown rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 3.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 202 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 9.8% increase over the $205,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 209 homes sold in Randallstown in the second half of 2018.
