Woodlawn home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Woodlawn rose by $9,000 while total sales decreased by 2.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 254 homes sold, with a median sale price of $202,000 - a 4.7% increase over the $193,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 261 homes sold in Woodlawn in the second half of 2018.
