Owings Mills home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Owings Mills rose by $7,300 while total sales increased by 9.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 424 homes sold, with a median sale price of $239,800 - a 3.1% increase over the $232,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 387 homes sold in Owings Mills in the second half of 2018.
