Nottingham home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Nottingham rose by $20,000 while total sales increased by 0.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 269 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 9.3% increase over the $215,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 268 homes sold in Nottingham in the second half of 2018.
