Perry Hall home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Perry Hall rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 131 homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 5.5% increase over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 121 homes sold in Perry Hall in the second half of 2018.
