Sparrows Point home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Sparrows Point rose by $34,884 while total sales decreased by 5.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,500 - a 16.8% increase over the $207,617 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 70 homes sold in Sparrows Point in the second half of 2018.
