Pikesville (Baltimore County) home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Pikesville in Baltimore County fell by $4,950 while total sales decreased by 3.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 296 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 1.8% decrease over the $269,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 306 homes sold in Pikesville in the second half of 2018.
