White Marsh home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in White Marsh rose by $76,000 while total sales increased by 82.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $357,000 - a 27% increase over the $281,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in White Marsh in the second half of 2018.
