Manchester home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Manchester rose by $65,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $402,500 - a 19.3% increase over the $337,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Manchester in the second half of 2018.
