Hydes home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Hydes fell by $68,050 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $372,450 - a 15.4% decrease over the $440,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Hydes in the second half of 2018.
