Glen Arm home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Glen Arm fell by $63,000 while total sales increased by 92.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $432,000 - a 12.7% decrease over the $495,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Glen Arm in the second half of 2018.
