White Hall home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in White Hall rose by $8,500 while total sales increased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $410,000 - a 2.1% increase over the $401,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in White Hall in the second half of 2018.
