Baldwin home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Baldwin fell by $2,750 while total sales decreased by 25.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $447,250 - a 0.6% decrease over the $450,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Baldwin in the second half of 2018.
