Fort Howard home prices fall in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Fort Howard fell by $70,500 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $206,750 - a 25.4% decrease over the $277,250 median sale price for the previous year. There were six homes sold in Fort Howard in 2018.
