Owings Mills home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Owings Mills rose by $5,000 while total sales increased by 10.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 806 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 2.2% increase over the $230,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 731 homes sold in Owings Mills in 2018.
