Middle River home prices fall in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Middle River fell by $4,500 while total sales increased by 2.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 701 homes sold, with a median sale price of $191,500 - a 2.3% decrease over the $196,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 685 homes sold in Middle River in 2018.
