Essex home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Essex rose by $9,420 while total sales increased by 6.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 657 homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,900 - a 6.3% increase over the $150,480 median sale price for the previous year. There were 617 homes sold in Essex in 2018.
