Rosedale (Baltimore County) home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Rosedale in Baltimore County rose by $4,680 while total sales increased by 0.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 520 homes sold, with a median sale price of $203,680 - a 2.4% increase over the $199,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 516 homes sold in Rosedale in 2018.
