Windsor Mill home prices fall in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Windsor Mill fell by $8,050 while total sales increased by 0.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 254 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 4.2% decrease over the $193,050 median sale price for the previous year. There were 252 homes sold in Windsor Mill in 2018.
