Sparrows Point home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Sparrows Point rose by $29,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 127 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 127 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 13.1% increase over the $221,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 127 homes sold in Sparrows Point in 2018, as well.
