Hampstead home prices fall in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Hampstead fell by $21,750 while total sales increased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $352,000 - a 5.8% decrease over the $373,750 median sale price for the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Hampstead in 2018.
