Kingsville home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Kingsville rose by $100,000 while total sales increased by 34%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 33.3% increase over the $300,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Kingsville in 2018.
