Upper Falls home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Upper Falls rose by $57,250 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $383,000 - a 17.6% increase over the $325,750 median sale price for the previous year. There were six homes sold in Upper Falls in 2018.
