Parkton home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Parkton rose by $3,000 while total sales decreased by 2.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 101 homes sold, with a median sale price of $440,000 - a 0.7% increase over the $437,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 104 homes sold in Parkton in 2018.
