Pricing for the median home in Halethorpe decreased during February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Halethorpe fell by $4,293 while total sales remained unchanged with 14 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,650 - a 3.1% decrease over the $138,943 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Halethorpe in February 2020, as well.
