February 2021: Middle River experienced a 0.5% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Middle River fell by $1,000 while total sales increased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $181,500 - a 0.5% decrease over the $182,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Middle River in February 2020.
