Median home prices in Essex rose to $210,000 in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Essex rose by $47,500 while total sales decreased by 2.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 29.2% increase over the $162,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Essex in February 2020.
