Woodlawn median home prices rose by 4.6% in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Woodlawn rose by $10,100 while total sales decreased by 9.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $228,000 - a 4.6% increase over the $217,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Woodlawn in February 2020.
