Parkville (Baltimore County) home prices rose in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Parkville in Baltimore County rose by $34,050 while total sales increased by 15.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 76 homes sold, with a median sale price of $234,000 - a 17% increase over the $199,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 66 homes sold in Parkville in February 2020.
