February 2021: Home prices in Windsor Mill increased

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Windsor Mill rose by $30,000 while total sales increased by 35.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,000 - a 14.2% increase over the $212,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Windsor Mill in February 2020.
