The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Lochearn rose by $50,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 24.4% increase over the $205,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Lochearn in February 2020.
