Home prices increased in Reisterstown during February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Reisterstown rose by $17,000 while total sales increased by 31.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 6.6% increase over the $258,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Reisterstown in February 2020.
