Rising home prices in Pikesville (Baltimore County) in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Pikesville in Baltimore County rose by $45,500 while total sales increased by 47.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 19.4% increase over the $234,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Pikesville in February 2020.
