Owings Mills median home prices rose by 21.7% in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Owings Mills rose by $50,500 while total sales increased by 82.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $283,000 - a 21.7% increase over the $232,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Owings Mills in February 2020.
