Sparrows Point home prices rose in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Sparrows Point rose by $82,000 while total sales decreased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $308,000 - a 36.3% increase over the $226,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Sparrows Point in February 2020.
