What happened to the median home price in Glen Arm during February 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Glen Arm fell by $45,000 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $337,500 - a 11.8% decrease over the $382,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Glen Arm in February 2020, as well.
