Phoenix home prices rose in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Phoenix rose by $68,500 while total sales increased by 400%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $501,000 - a 15.8% increase over the $432,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Phoenix in February 2020.
