February 2021: Home prices in Parkton increased

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Parkton rose by $267,500 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $620,000 - a 75.9% increase over the $352,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Parkton in February 2020.
