July 2020: Towson (Baltimore city County) experienced a 74.7% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Towson in Baltimore city County fell by $237,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,500 - a 74.7% decrease over the $318,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Towson in July 2019.
