Parkville (Baltimore city County) median home prices rose by 44.9% in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Parkville in Baltimore city County rose by $74,613 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,613 - a 44.9% increase over the $166,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Parkville in the third quarter of 2019.
